2014: "Tour 2" Debrief / Year End
This year has been crazy to say the least and next year is looking to be just as nuts. Here's everything going on lately.
rad
We're already heading back to Texas next month with Saosin and have confirmed more dates for 2015. The writing process for our first release on 6131 Records has already begun, release probably towards the end of 2015 / early 2016.
Here's a debrief of The Sanity Universal tour in November with Illustrations. And if you make it to the end...more 2014. Sorry, the less I post here, the longer the posts

Day 8 - St. Louis, Missouri
Seizures in St. Louis
At this point of the tour, the governor of Missouri declared a state of emergency the night we pulled into Kansas City, due to the anticipated Michael Brown protests. Our show in Kansas City went great and was well attended...however, when we pulled into St. Louis, it was a ghost town. National Guard were stationed along the streets with barricades already set up. With the recent van thefts in St. Louis, we were instructed to park on the sidewalk adjacent to the venue. The bands only played to the other bands, while some of us stayed outside with the vans. Britta, who designed the show flyer was there too. Hopefully we get to come back soon.

The only pictures I got in Indiana lol.
At 5:45am, we were being honked at by a truck driving next to us on the highway. He was pointing to something on the van. We pulled over at gas station (photo of beautiful gas station bathroom above) in Indianapolis and the headlight had fallen out and was dangling. It was 6°F outside and I had to fasten the light back on with duct tape and no gloves. We finally made it to Vic from Illustrations' grandma's house in Troy, Ohio around 10am. We spent the day resting, watching movies, and doing laundry before our show in Columbus.

I'm just getting over the bronchitis I had at our Glass House show, shout out to my Vick's vapor inhaler thing that I had plugged in on stage. I'm an idiot.
See you next year
